I like Washington Mutual Bank. They are always take good care of customer better than any other financial institution. I like their transactions receipt which showed the balance at all times. They are very courtest and friendly. I am banking with them and other bank but they are the best in keeping their transaction updated in a timely manner.

The customer service has is bad. I usually have to wait in long lines at the bank and the automated phone service is terrible because if you do run into a problem it's very hard to get in contact with a real person. When I asked where I could make a complaint about their bad phone service I was told by a teller to call the number again and talk to someone at their 1-800 number, the same number that I was complaining about!
